  1. i keep getting this error when i submit a ticket any idea ? or is it just these inept employees don't want to fix the problem ?
  2. It is not an email from my ISP. NC has even changed the email on the account and I used a different provider. Still the issue continues. I was able to authorize multiple accounts on my new IP. The issue is specific to this account. After they changed the email on the account the verification email was never received. I tried a password reset and it was not received. I requested the same think on my other account and it went through just fine.

  9. I went this route already and it isnt the issue. just to be certain i asked for an email change on the account which they granted. and i used a different provider. The same problem is going on

  12. 2 weeks ago i changed my IP address due to a new modem installation. my email did not receive the IP verification code. I have access to my email. I have spoken with tech support for the email provider and verified no issues. YES I CHECKED SPAM ETC I sent in multiple tickets and I am being told that it is being investigated. Every phone number i call for ncsoft results in a waste of time. literally no one answers the phone. The support team should be fired. and no resolution appears to be an option. The delay between replys is 16-20 hours at a clip and i swear no one reads the issue or checks the process before replying. I asked for help on discord after frustration peaked and i get banned for a week on discord for calling out all the moderators for help. there is zero consideration from nc staff. and zero help . I have sent discord messages to you , hermes, inconnento (SP) I have game shouted. I have made a discord thread and I am getting ZERO replys feedback support anything. The phone number listed with american express to contact your company doesnt even work. The lady answered and it is a private number. WHAT A JOKE. But if I bought 10k worth of nc coin and then disputed my amex I bet you people would reply............................ can you please acknowledge my request and help me with this matter ?   23. what a joke. cost chronos heros almost jeopardize dethrone RUIN the most highly contested parts of the game. Players that farm oly all month to get screwed over. You people in charge really need to get it together. I would have fired my management team over this already. if you cant do your job and dont have a clue about the game, you should just FLAT OUT RESIGN... incompetence and a slap in the face.. @Hermes REALLY think this is appropriate for compensation?. @Hermesdo you even log into the game ? @HermesI think the CHRONOS community deserves a thorough explanation as to who and why the dethrone and olympiad server was allowed to be accessed. Why have 2 servers that contest olympiad and dethrone ? When you allow only one to access it on not just any day but the last day when it counts the most. You people can do better.... 100 % unsatisfied and disappointed.
