Hello greetings to all.
I've been playing for 3 hours and I notice a 3-second lag at the time I press the skills (I don't use macro macro).
Is the server having a problem?

Official Servers use external Launcher/Web Log-in&Launch which then needs to call L2.bin , this only works properly in windows AFAIK. You can run Windows Dual Boot, or use VirtualBox(or even "virtualize" the Windows partition to run in VirtualBox on the Ubuntu system, Linux partition.)
Well I guess the better opcion is still with windows

Lately I have been seriously thinking of going completely to Ubuntu 18.04 but I have not done it because to date I have not found a real guide to run the game stably.
If someone has done it, I would appreciate the help.

Fishing Faction Points

A week ago I started doing the fishing quest to collect 100 fish, and every time I turn it in it gives me 100 faction points, plus a box where I get Santiago's Reel Fragment, to which I remember they were to level up a fishing rod, but I don't know where to change it? Either I don't know what to do with those items, or even better I don't know if you can still do something with the faction points.
