Regarding any in-game restorations, we can only investigate eligibility of it when reversal actually needs to be taken place so that inquiry is submitted.

So i said to them this:
Well, I did the crafting and it failed, baium 1 disappeared and the 150 million adena were spent, I only have baium 4 left, I have no way of being able to show the attempt anywhere in the game since the game itself does not allow it, for Please check it carefully since it is an important item and the rules that you have set and you are not complying with are being complied with.
I want the item back, i have tokens and i have all requirements for the restoration.
