Actually there is only one way out of this mess for NC west if they dont want to recall all the items that was made by abusing the system. They need to put event with good chance to go +++ on alot of stuff or let the game drop +10 shillien crystals and +20 cloaks. After this is done they need to shut down the restoration system once and for all, because it was unfair from the start and totally unwanted. Like this the ppl that abused the system win in both ends...

You ask us for reports, then complete silence. I hope you realize that this is a game breaking issue for alot of old and supporting players. The items are really powerful and give an unfair advantage but the main issue is the deliberate abuse of game functions that made the high enchants possible. This can not just pass without actions because it would be a huge misstake in the light of the future for this game.

Thats because its the NPC server that is lagging. In siege when teleporting out of castle there was lagg but no lag in pvp. I suspect thats why they test now to reduce mobs. The real problem is likely how the ranking system gets its exp information from NPC server when a mob is killed.
