Let's look at this as marketing person from ncsoft. You pay for box and you get extra 5 keys which is ncsoft value bonus on top of the box and that consist as ale I suppose but why exchange rates got dropped to 5% from 10% when event post came out will we be told about this change or just hopefully nobody will figure out and everything will be ok.

I do understand that people are upset about the prices of these new items but there is a reason why its a good thing and it should be done for more items since einhansed shop will not be coming to our servers anytime soon or chance of it coming is very low. What einhansed shop does is regulates market prices and tries to keep them at mostly same level. Keeping this at constant is good to provide market stability there is no gamble mechanic in this just pay money for item you want and yes I DO AGREE that prices are too high but if we want to change something just do not buy items that you think that are too overpriced and in future prices will be lowered for sure

Problem is that skills are going to a point where they are permanent and as Evis player i can tell that keeping perma steelmind is not that hard and time beetween giants barriers is getting 30-40 seconds AND with extra cooldown items incoming aka angels earring cooldowns will go down. So whill be a point to pvp anymore if all of us will have perma barriers?

Hi there I have been reading patch notes and got some questions about god jewels. We know right now how much god souls we will get for crystalizing jewels but after update how we will get for crystalizing our jewels like lindviors and etc and if god souls will be obtained same way as they are now @Juji please could we get some answer regarding this subject. Thank you

Like people said problem is countless bots in server who are spamming actions like crazy.
Don't forget nowadays 90% of players are yuls and fheos that use mouse macro and literally ddos server with millions of actions.

If i recal correctly you do not even have to put the stuff back in.
This augment system is just plain annoying because you have to drag/click stuff each time even if you can keep both windows open.
Now imagine doing this for 500x it's just making the whole ordeal more frustrating each time it fails.
And they did the same for enchanting where on a fail the window just seizes up and you have to close it and restart the enchant all over again, it's stupid its not needed its annoying and it's so 1964 game design.Are we really complaining about the thing that you have to drag stones into a window now ?

If you have started game recently there is no chance in competing with players that have been in this server for decade it's something that you must accept.
If you are tired of playing the game solo like 99% of people try to find like minded people and make a CP. And enjoy interaction with actual people. If that isn't going to help just quit the game because nothing will ever change

That's what i just said didn't I? There is ways to trigger lady luck skill when enchanting stuff more luck you have more chance it has to trigger if you don't stuff by trying to trigger ladyluck skill meybe that is the problem now?

How the hell do you inform people about enchant rates if there is thing called Luck stat in game. If someone who has 43 luck atempts enchanting Cloak and doesn't have a single luck skill to trigger he will fail most of the enchantments.Yet you all complain that this event is shitty with low enchant rates and yet somehow you ppl spend 200 dollars on it.Game was trying to ef over stupid ppl for many years now and did anyone learn their mistakes for countless posts. DON'T LIKE THE EVENT DON'T BUY THE STUFF!!!

People asked for atleast an exp boost if they can't fix lag. Now when they did what most of you asked complaints again? why?

@JujiWhen I started getting this lag long time ago was at exactly same time as when soulshot bug got fixed (when soulshots wouldn't trigger). Meybe a fix for that problem had something to do with attack-delay.

What kind of upgrade will it be? Is it hardware upgrade or just reduction in monsters on server?

Just to say few things. I'm very upset about this situation it is infuriating at this point. We got some server upgrades Juji said and it looked like it was ok for a bit but then lag started again. Now with so many toons on afk macro farming in blazing/altar/phantasmal/bloody where there is 1000s of mobs more then before update server can't handle the load again. I am not a dev of this game nor any game in general but I can put two points together. I asked support team about promised server upgrades and they told me to wait for official post on forums. I know that Juji and dev team doesn't work on weekends but come on guys this is getting out of hand.

If you are a free player or a player who buys prestige pack only you are out of luck for this update since lower lvl zones got completely removed basically. For people with higher PVE gear things stayed the same because timed zones wasn't touched and about a drop rate in primeevil island I didn't seem to notice a difference with all runes after update i get 8-12 scrolls per/h. New instances are hear for exp I believe not for drop since when we do them as 5 ppl my 105 iss makes 1.2%. Those new boxes on paper looked so good with all these items in reward list but we only see adenas and my friend got a couple of codex. Honestly all servers got this update it's not just us only and all of them seem to have complaints same as here.

When I look at comments I look also at players, you are all experts with 0 comments and 0 activity on forum...I can bet all crybabies have 2-3 parties on macrobot for adena and now surprise...no adena.
The funny thing is i always imagine in threads like this 1 botmaster arguing with himself on 5 accounts in order to influence NcStaff decisions in some direction.
There is a lot of new players in L2 they try game but you don't see them cuz almost all of them quit. And I'm not crying about anything game is what game is not much we can do about it Korea makes updates NCWest implements them. And yes I'm afking on macro with 1 acc when I'm at work I think most of us do that even propably you.

@RibaSDon't get upset if you farmed for that gear and now it is given away for free it is hard to understand what a new player experience is for people who have been playing this game for years. People " qq " here because even with 30b of free items farming options are worse then it was years ago with 1b of free items.

It seems that latency problem depends on number of people that are in server i have noticed that weekends it lags more and normal days specialy in morning lag is just minor. And thank you for answering our questions.

We get way more items then we ever used to now but problem is that farming zones for low lvls are gone line Land Of Chaos and only decent place for newbies to farm is now plunderous plains which with prestige pack gives 50k-90k adena. Once you get all that free gear you have no dps to be farming fast. Now just to be able to farm you have to have prestige pack and buy rare packs from shop every month and add soulshot prices to it so in the end ends up like 40-50 bucks just to try and upgrade gear and less and less people are willing to spend that money on dying server that has no future.

@Uriel831 server time only affects thing like field raid epic raid and cursed sword spawn dethrone time will remain same. For 99.9 % of people this change is irrelevent it will not bring pvp back it will do nothing just waste time.
