Excuse me.
Every time something is posted about a maintenance comes someone in the post and complains about bots.
If you have bots in the game and why you buy adena or items.
Same as complaining about drug dealers, but still taking drugs.
Either stop complaining about bots or stop buying adena or items.
It's simple to solve that, but prefer to stay here in the forum complaining and talking bla bla bla.-

There was never a problem with the mission, you caused a problem after the upgrade and removed it.
Now, with this "latency problem," I can't understand how a company of this size is working with error and success.

After fafurion update:
The penny quest was working normally, after a maintenance only tanker was doing the quest.
After the issue was resolved the quest was canceled.
A new update has been made.
Removed box limit per pc.
Now they are claiming latency issues.
Why not limit only 3 box per pc again?
Would it decrease latency?
How many players are complaining about?Is there really a latency complaint? or the solution to this problem, is it the return of paying for VIP account to enter the game without going through the queue?

How important is it to solve this problem?
Until 5/28 the quest was working, why did they pick up on something that was working?
Either they really do not want the quest to work or they are not worried about making the game work properly. -
Here everyone is asking to take the jewelry or leave it for 30 days.
But I do not see anyone talking about new players as they would get 240kk (Current sales value on the NAIA server) in 30 days?To think only in bloquer the boot and simple, takes the trade of adena of the game.
Now the decision that the team took to leave the best jewelry for 30 days was the best choice, at least blocking players in mass and encourages new players with the jewelry and brooch.

The support team of NCSoft are coming to the edge of ridicule, they say analyze closely but what really happens is not that, a friend of mine received was unlocked by the Team even receiving the same punishment.
Finding that a person like more than 4 years playing will risk getting involved with something that is going to hurt.
Sad to see how they analyze nothing. -
You come in contact with the appeal and they accuse you of being suspected of being licit or being connected.
In my case I checked all the emails and made a reporter saying that my account was accessed from another region and even then they let me know without even checking what happened Appeal # 23331493.
My two accounts were simply blocked by "Suspect" and not by proof.
It is sad to see that you have been dedicated to your character for more than 3 years and the NCSoft team simply "suspects" and not having something concrete blocks you.
Need active teams to search and ban BOTS!!

Very funny to see this noob crying on the Blazing Swamp forum.
Do you realize that you have two options or they are new and do not evolve as there are caves of giants, Hellbond, Enchanted Valley, Tanor, Aligator Island.
We have many other areas to level up, but the lament is always here complaining about the Burning Swamp.
Either they are sharing points with bots or they are doing the same thing as bots.
Stop crying.
