After today maintaince when i log i have 30+sec lag and when i try to move or use skill i get DC

I'm experiencing 30+sec lag after this maintaince and when i try to move i get DC Anyone experiencing similar thing?

Here, screen with Magician's Blessing lvl 1 Here screen without Magician's Blessing lvl 1 As you can see, Magician's Blessing lvl 1 gives wrong bonus. It says + 10% XP and gives only +5% XP Same goes with lvl2: says +20% XP and gives +10% XP

Are you sure Srelock? Please give knowledge source that will back up what you are saying. On screen i had only vit+10% and magician's blessing +10% and ended up with 115% instead of 120% bonus XP

isn't it what? Description says +10% on lvl 1 and +20% on lvl 2
