On Talking Island Server? Awesome! Thank you!

I am a level 38 human cleric on Talking Island server. I am having difficulty with the class transfer quests. I thought I had started the first at level 35 and had finished. I have walked and talked to the NPC's and none of them have a quest for me. They took the Class transfer quests out on the live servers, have they done this on the classic servers as well?

Silly Question, Does this new 2nd class change only apply to the live servers? or is it on the Classic server as well? I play on Talking Island and am stuck on the second class transfer. Any help is appreciated.
