They would drop/spoil from some mobs in TOI. The wiki had an update some time ago and this info was removed.
Outside of RBs and events i think u might b abke to get them from the quest u get from Klump in Aden wh. Not sure...

I know for a fact the quest works. You do NOT kill Nos Lads!
You kill Nos!! Different monster.

Its whats called a daily quest.
U can do that quest daily for the exp scrolls until ur 50 lvl. Theres no progression.
At 45lvl u unlock one more daily quest for more xp. More dailies follow in higher lvls.

Yea ur comparing to low grade a 2h staff. Branch of the mother tree and daimon crystalhave 167 and 177 matk i think.
But more expensive. That rapiers a good choice for u tho too!

Well can u tell me which rapier u are comparing to which staff? Theres low grade and theres high grade. If u are comparing high grade rapier to low grade staff then maybe they do.
But top grade rapier does NOT have more m atk than 2h top grade staff.
Estoc compared to ghoul staff, less m atk.
Colichemarde compared to staff of evil spirits, less m atk.
Tell me which u are referring to so i can check what ur saying.

Hello.
1) u dont ger mastery below 40 because that skill is exclusive to summoner class. U cant have light mastery and become a spellsinger. Also u wont be below 40 for long.
2) Elf summoners are the most popular because they have the mage pet. This is a mage friendly server. Mages have more advantages and the magic attack on the magnus is too much!
Warlock's cat is a fighter summoner. Although feline king cat has amazing p atk, its nowhere near as impactful as the pony. And he probably will die trying to go nesr a mage to hit.
Also ponies get an OP mage buff and cats get a good fighter buff.
3) A top c grade rapier will not have more m atk than a top c grade 2h mage staff. Or any other grade. Dont know why u say that.
4) King of pve is a sph with 2-3 boxes. As for summoner yes he can survive well without a box but i wouldnt call it king. Xp will be very slow without boxes and i think u will regret it. With supports u can get to 40lvl in just a few hours. Also if u plan to play this game at higher lvls, I think u'd get bored of playing without supports. Unless u find actives which is very rare.
As for pvp, elf summoners sre the king in this server so far. By far. Warlock is not close to that and mainly used as support for his cat buff.

I would like to get a clarification from a GM if possible on this.
The effect of Super Aeore that says MP regeneration/Restoration is meant to do what exactly?
It doesnt recharge for more mp if a recharger has it, and it doesnt get more recharge if the rechargee has it.
Is it just like a plain ISS rune just more expensive and worse?
Or is the effect bugged ?

Its really efficient in most spots. If u find a spot with no obstacles u will have no issues.
The main problen with it so far is that ur buffers (wc/ol/bd/sws) cant really buff and fight. So they will only buff.
I hope someday NCsoft makes those buffs a toggle skill and this will be solved.
I leveled a whole party from day 1 using macros, and although somewhat limited due to the buffs issue and spots with obstacles, its fine. U get by
What party u thinking? What classes? Some can b trickeier than others.

Of course it is, since each character can have their own macro.
As to what extent, be more specific. What r u thinking about ?
A full party can farm in most places using macros.

Hawkeye is better option than TH definitely.
U might have noticed that quiver A is cheaper than B. The reason is that with A grade weapon is too expensive right now to equip a rune or augment on the weapon.. too expensive right now.
If u cant afford to, ur much better off with B grade + rune than A grade without.

Tetele this is not a server u can solo. Well u can, but it might take u a year to reach the higher levels...
If u really dont wanna run two windows then just do a summoner. Its the only class that could get by.
Also, this is a 15 year old game, i refuse yo believe ur comouter cant handle two windows
A dagger, especially with no buffs, will probably make u quit the game by around level 50...

One thing to consider in the future, is the high grade starter pack.

If u get an infinite quiver u never need to buy arrows.
Daggers arent as good as u think here imo. Also they are very hard to lvl up.

Doom is the best option here especially if u will use ur sws in a tank role. Bit more expensive tho. If u cant afford it get avadon.

It would help massively if WC/OL/BD/SWS buffs had a toggle function.
Also being able to customize the range (i.e. /targetnext900) for next target would be amazing as the current two options (600-1400) are usually too little or too much.

An infinite quiver will make it so u never need ti buy arrows. But they can be expensive.
They are not sold by any npc u cannonly buy it from other players as they only appear from events.

What item are you talking about?
When u go over it with the mouse it should say if u can trade with players sell to shop, store in warehouse, or drop.

There was an update at that site recently and a lot of info was removed for some reason.
Most likely the recipe is still at the same mobs as before

I cant remember which mob drops that.
