I think the problem is not the skill that has a high rate but you have a low resistance, right?

Do you of the dev team think of doing some event to give xp to replace what went wrong?

Why do not you put the cake in all the cities but all of them with a single life connected? this would mean that not many players (the entire server) would clump together in one place, would end the latency problem and make it easier for players to participate.
