Can't get the new launcher to install, keep getting error code E03001

Sorry I should have mention, this happens when I try loading the new launcher. I get the error once the download is completed. Cheers

I keep getting error E03001, looked it up, the help topics didn't work. Any one else with this issue? Or know how to fix it? Cheers
