    We've heard this since 10 years yet you still play the game. if u don't like the model of their store and price, nothing stop you to leave,  Yes to play L2 on official server u  need a big wallet, and once you have enough gear u can start farming adena weekly :)

    there is no "Walls" in L2,  if someone have  All gear and a Stage 1 he will do more dmg than someone with a Stage 3 and only Mid upgrade elsewhere.  +20% dmg from a weapon to annother is the same as upgrading 20% dmg elsewhere, collection, tomes, whatever else that exist to boost ur damage :)   Weapon is a minor thing in L2 , the time of armor/weapon/jewels only was 10 years ago

    i will give you the answer u need to hear.

    A Stage  2 Weapon compared to a Stage 1 only difference is the Weapon PATK, The Element (999),   Except this two aspect there is literally no difference.

    the price difference Though is like Huge, a stage 2 is atleast 3,5Tril++ for any weapons,  a stage 1 is barely 500b for dualdagger.   so for 3 TRILION u only get maybe 15-20% patk and 500 extra element,  does that benefit you? surely yes, is it the best investment for you at this point for 3 Trilion + ? surely NOT !

    That 3 Trilion ++ invested elsewhere in gears,  (Artifacts Red balance +10)  Agathions greater +3+ / Top grade jewels brooch lvl 5+ / Elmore cloak +15+ / +10 Circlet / Etc Etc etc the list goes on, are able to Benefit u ALOT more for the same amount of money Spent!!! U have to see the cost/benefit of every items ingame and invest Steadly from the cheapest upgrade to the most expensive! 

    That was my Advice for you and for everyone in general.

    Get seed bracelet lvl 2-3 so u  can buy cheap +8 Leo Cancer Aries,  

    Also for DYES if u dont have legendary dye lvl 3+  get full DEX dyes,  archer need alot of DEX to crit alot to make damage.

    Whatever was listed above is a nice advice too. thsoe are quite cheap item for a good start i guess

    Seek for Skill crit dmg, skill power, skill crit rate, patk, pve dmg, damage,   whatever that boost ur crit and damage in general, seek for the cheapest first and the one with biggest benefit

    they were very Rewarding upon opening back then,  getting lvl 5 legendary dyes and stuff that was so usefull back then.

    Lineage 2 has lost all purpose of rewarding events due to the Paying aspect they put to the game.  Events is only about buff pots and extra damage buff since a decade now and promos are allabout opening boxes,   We don't have any JOY on that but it's the sad reality.

    Annother point of view of the items we need ingame

    Hello to all GM's 

    As a old player in you'r server i will share some of my knowledge and what i hear in general that ppl would like from events/promotions to actually be obtained to upgrade their character to close the gap between high geared and lower geared players! and to be better in PVE also in general its so important nowadays and many items are missing from promotions for months and years now.

    1: Bottle of Gods Soul (jewels to change for bottle are rarely dropping making the jewel close to impossible to upgrade for any player, and it benefits a few players who has upgraded them before when it was possible and it was cheaper) The idea would be to drop Bottles X10 on promo boxes (like it was done when jewels was launched) could be a big commercial success and money income for ncwest. Second option make the jewels to crystallize for bottle more easy to get from promo boxes since its the only utility of those jewels nowadays (wyrm ring, tauti, bless antharas, valakas etc)

    2: Splendor Fragment: Same problem than God bottles, they are never being dropped from Promo boxes for years now making it impossible to make a Wings of splendor anymore other than buying the one that was made years ago (causing a huge disbalance between players) The idea should be to drop X10 splendor fragments from promo boxes or make the jewels/items that we can change more obtainable in general.

    3: Dragon Claws: The server back in 2022 had a promo called "Dragon slayers" and we could make Claws for quite a decent price(depend point of views) and upgrade our weapon to stage 3, now since then the same event was held in january but was a Fail in term of sales due to the Nerf in enchant rate, it was impossible to enchant the slayers and get a claw for the same price and even for x2 x3 price. Many people was waiting this event and were disapointed and decided to quit, this was one of the worst Business plan from The Staff back in january. (With all my respect) So the idea would be to make the same event like in january 2022 , so people could upgrade their dragon Weapon (and other stuff that was dropped from that promo also)  or make other promos that actually gives a decent amount of claws because once again its causing a huge Disbalance in the server. (knowing stage 4 is coming, we are expecting claws to be obtainable)

    4: Greaters agathions +5-10:  Greaters agathion in general doesn't cost alot of money and somehow drop from a few promos but making them +5 and +10 is where it become very challenging due to the impossibility to find scrolls and  they are barely if not dropped at all during promos. Same story than my other point, its causing a disbalance and a gap between old and newer player who haven't made them and simply can't.  The solution would be to focus on events with boosted rates so people can crush greater agathions for scrolls in a decent price or simply drop them more from promo boxes. also the holy Growth scroll from +5-10 are impossible to get and are not dropping for months/years from promo in a sufficient amount for the server making the price so high.

    5: Shining Gran kain Scroll Weapon/armor:   With the arrival of Legendary set/Weapon,  people will have to make their weapons to +30 and armor to +30 to upgrade them. It is quite impossible right now to make those items in a decent prices and amount.  Many people are not willing to gamble to Royal gold ticket due to the frustrationg of spending alot money and failing and losing their weapons. This can be a big source of frustration and people are unhappy and quitting due to this matter. (i talk from experience) , giving people a safer way to enchant stuff is always a good alternative. but that alternative must exist.

    6: Collection with Beads, and Collection in general:  Many things from collection are being impossible to make ingame and the currents events promo are not focusing on collection in general. Please take a look onto it, it could be a big source of power for players to be obtained there, and money for NCWest in general. Exemple +20 Enchanted weapon,   Armors, Beads, Baium collection, etc etc are all very costly for little benefits, take a look onto it and make like a promo dedicated on collection could be appreciated by many players.

    7: Historical Tome:  in order to make Tomes from lvl 1-200, it requires a huge amount of tomes, like 700k+ , and they are not being dropped in enough quantity ingame to even think about it, and neither from any promos, this was implented a few updates ago and yet many players haven't even passed lvl 20-50+ ,  Every update mobs are getting stronger and we can't be able to get strong enough due to the impossibility to upgrade our toons on these aspects. (Huge nerf on Dethrone drops also affected ppl and frustrated them, please find a solution)

    8:Talismans enchant/compound:  We had uptade to upgrade Talisman heaven/Epic talisman last update but yet it's been months and our server didn't get the chance to Enchant these talismans yet. we simply don't understand why.   Shining energy of protection or shining sayha talisman energy are not dropping also since a very long time and those items are being needed in huge quantity on server. Solution would be to make a promo based on Talismans upgrade (all sort of talismans) 

    Dragon cloak: was implented 2 updates ago and yet Zero promos event implented them ingame making the patchnote talking about obsolete thing and prove us that the company was not so professional about advertising something for an update and never implented that item ingame.

    I Maybe missed many other things, but in general i think i covered a big part of what our servers need and would like to expect to come from future promos. I am a Dedicated player who would like to enjoy the game and make the game more enjoyable for everyone in general. All of what i said above could help players and play a big part on the revenue NCWest get from Lineage 2 for Live Servers.

    Update the Dev Tracker Tab please

    Hello @GM_EVA and other older or new GM's

    Please when possible, update the tab where when we click on "Dev Tracker" to see GM's post please, because right now we don't see the answers of EVA Sky and other newer GM's and since they are more active it would be cool to easily track their answers on forums.

    This could be helpful in general to give faster answers and to see whatever a GM said.  Also i think many of the GM's that are notified on that tab are not with us anymore.

    I remember until today at the beginning of this journey how the Sigel Knight and even the Healer were harmed because many damage class players, the famous DDs, complained because the Healer and Sigel Knight players took a Grade C sword, they managed to reflect damage, and used that to benefit with his skills, the Sigel Knight with the fact that they reflect damage with some skills, and the Healer being able to keep healing and returning damage, then the DDs complained against this, and what NCsoft did, created items and skills that reduce reflected damage, causing Sigel and Healer to lose a little of this advantage, today these classes are there, nobody cares about them anymore, they changed skills instead of power to %, and that doesn't it doesn't help at all, because NCsoft always aims at abusive profits and the amount of DD players is greater than support players and this is the fault of NCsoft itself, which never managed to balance the classes (which should ask for opinion and help from the developers of the WOW, they deliver an absurdly balanced game, supports can evolve alone without the help of DDs, only in party missions that need each other, apart from that, supports can farm alone without the help of DDs there), but that NCsoft does not do , just see that players create Iss to develop their DDs, even Healer is left aside, Sigel receives news that in the end does not help the class at all, it is the defense class that has defense skills that do not actually defend with time-consuming reuse , 15 minutes of reuse, but according to Feoh players, they are a class despised by NCsoft. For God's sake, you well equipped guys may have difficulty with some DDs, but they are very powerful against Iss, Sigel, Healer, among other DDs.

    Nonsense, you are talking like we are in 2012,   u can't compare gameplay at lvl 105-110 to endgame 120+ which is what matter the most, are FEOH Crit cap to 33% was never a fair thing.
