The game is designed by korea developers. NCWest is a franchise that follows korea orders. Therefore ncwest can't change game mechanics on their own.

In January GM's said they would give Codes every month through the year. yet its 22 march, we don't have our code ? gm's are ignoring people about this question. L2 pass? That was a good thing for people and also got removed?? Are GM's willing to make their players happy or they want us all to quit?

@Hermes @Primali So Gm in support are telling us to post on forum when something is wrong and all we get is pure Ignorance The reward list on shining skill book box is NOT ACCURATE , this is called a fraud check my post , what is wrong come on? Dethrone is being cut by the maintenance now 1h early, why is downtime 1h earlier now? Fix this issue ….

The rates posted above is about LEtter event. not about the Shining skill book box. The point of this post is about the fact they introduced a sale with an Expected reward list. but they did a "misstake" and the reward list is not accurate. Aka exemple common reward like shilen soul cry and tersi lvl 1 dont drop from the box. And the same applies to any mid/top tier reward. check market not one rune stone greater appeared

@Hermes @Primali It has come to my concern that the sale box « Shining skill book box » is False advertising and has the wrong reward list, I have opened myself over 6000 box, and the most common drops from the list such as « Tersi soul crystal lvl 1 » « Shilen soul crystal box » Are nonexistent, from 6000+ boxes not 1 of these dropped from the box. and same for the Dragon jewel, and all the other items from the list they are simply not dropping, this is totally illegal and is false advertising. The only drops from these box is, - Dark-Bloody armor stone - Royal gold Ticket - Dark augment stone - Superior giant codex Mastery/ Mastery chapter 1 - Forgotten spellbook lvl 1 / x2 forgotten spellbook lvl 1 - Gran kain armor-Weapon scrolls (time limited) - Royal Black save ticket. - Rose beer nevit dragon consumable Literally nothing else Even the most common drops as i mentioned above does not drop from these boxes!!! The mid reward such as Greater rune Stone are greatly needed and many ppl open box bcz of that but they are nonexistant, just like everything on top of the list. @Hermes You’r team should procceed to a total reimbursement or Compensate players who spent money and Ncoin on a FALSE reward list. this is a Really big Issue and Drama is starting to appear on the server. Daggers will never be able to be "top best in pve" because its single target claas Dread is AOE claas (best in pve) just need enough gear to not die from mobs because Vampiric Rage dont work on skills of DreaD. Death Knight is the best option atm in pve with lower gear, they still do good.

Archers has Flash (like disparition) every 10-15 second with proper cooldowns, they can use Double Blink skill, so they can get in range very quickly, they can step away from pvp and come back whenever they want, Exemple: Archer come in front of tyrr warrior, Use flash, blink away, shilen stun the tyrr and drop some hits, then blink away again, and repeat this. Just check the korean streamer, any archer that knows his claas and skills can be good. its just that in NCWest atm you guys think archer are bad because you don't have any exemple. When we had Felinty in our server he was nailing it on archer. Archer is not a nerfed pvp claas, yes they dont survive as much as tyrrs but they can be good if you play it correctly ! All depend of you'r gear also, dont expect to kill ppl with 2-3x you'r gear. but same gear range, archer can be the best. And in PVE Archers are the absolute best because they hit big aoe from Range they dont need to jump and gather mobs. Again you need gears to do it just like the tyrrs in server with gears.

Adino Top 1 Was dagger, i adviced him to change to Dreadnought like me because its good PVE claas. Andouille Top 2: Always was Dreadnought and my gear and setup made me lvlup very fast. Gicobbe Top 3: Was always Duelist and Top 1 Ranked for many years. FaultyNuke top 4: He was Feoh and changed to Dreadnought because he was also influenced by Dreads like me. Exos Top 5: He was Feoh until last Libra, he changed to TITAN for a long time, FaultyNuke quit and sold Exos His stage 3 pole, so Exos switched to Dreadnoughts Brevant top 11: Titan all his life, changed to dreadnought this month to try and take my hero because we took his hero on Titan and he's EMO about it. In conclusion, influence made people change to this claas. they were not originally dreadnought unlike i am. And Dreadnought has 0 PVP skills, its pure PVE claas, because of their multiple AOES and Provoke skill that have bigger range than power provoke. But Dread has lowest patk, no Skill for pvp like Titan with GUTS, or Duelist with Faceoff , or DoomBringer with Sword Shield/Soul Barrier. only thing in pvp that is good is the provoke debuff to deal more dmg. but nothing defensive wise!

Hello @Hermes@Wissp @Primali I am and im sure other people too very concerned about the price management of your sales, you at ncwest need to make sales and money that we understand, but logically it should match the market inside the game to make your sales interesting and the actual problem is that our GMs are disconnected from the reality and every sale has totally out of logic price A greater rune stone in our server is 30-50Bilion, this is approximately 40$ with NCOIN conversion rates On this growth cookie exchange NCWest staff is asking 30$ for a 8% chance to obtain one , and the most fun part is that its 1 PER SERVER, When every person who plays need atleast 2-3 for their skills and more after updates. where is the logic ?? 30$ for 8% is like asking 375$ for 100% using math Its 10x higher than actual cost ingame The price should have been 2400 ncoin (300 cookie) for 100% a Greater Rune Stone limited to 1 per account, so Everyone spend money, and every player are happy to get 100% their stone at a normal price. More money for the company, and happy customers, isnt that the Goal ?? Anyways this post is meant to be Helpful, nothing else. Thxs

Rim kamaloka event in korea was upgraded with better rewards, Here we have the same reward, but last year a Jewel lvl 5 was 700b+ Now a TOP jewel is 200b if not less, it means that those greater 5 are like 100b now, making the event less attractive. But why not, its free , it would have been better to get the korean version of rim kamaloka though. The augment stone pack sale is absolutely not necessary for most players, they farm Jamoa and get the augment stone box, and over time they eventually get their augment, it's a matter of time. This "sale" is just for the impatient people who don't mind spending money to get their augment faster (if they get it) So yeah its not BAD sales or event, but it could be better!

wrong section, go to classic or aden section please so people way answer you. Restore work as such. When you enchant, and BREAK the ring, then u can restore that item. every 6 month. make sure to restore high value stuff. not low value because u won't be able to restore again after for 6 month.

Hello, This is Andouille, player since 2006, its now 17 years i have been playing this game and probably knows more than 90% of the mechanics of the game, and knows from all the contacts that i have made, the change that this game needs to be great again, let me elaborate. (Speaking about the live version, but same can apply to classic and Aden) First of all: This game has a huge potential players Worldwide, As most knows, 90% or more of the L2 players are playing illegal servers, the reasons? These servers are way more competitive, for one reasons, the Difference in items/gears between players are Close to simmilar, which makes the gameplay more fun and enjoyable. As exemple: i myself have a character in this game that almost have every item in EndGame, those items costs alot of money, and unfortunately not many people are able to have such gear due to financial reasons, that is first. Second of all, the promotions plays a huge part on gearing up (PayToWin Model), items are mostly only acquirable from Sales, as a company, for sure you must make money. But you must see the big picture. Right now we have a few people, 1% of L2 population who are very wealthy , who can afford to spend thousands and thousands of dollar. they will be able to gear up and Dominate the Server. Due to the simple reasons the other people cant, or not enough. After that, the Sales promo are not rewarding enough, you are only able in the major part to "open" boxes, and hope for a top reward, but its gambling, and most of the time people are afraid to spend by exemple 500$ and have nothing in return. this is a bad model, it causes alot of frustration, people are leaving the game due to the frustrations it brings, even the rich people don't like to feel scammed and quit. Trust me i play for 17 years i don't talk nonsense. As exemple, The Dragon slayers event was not just "opening" boxes, you could enchant and statistically could calculate the cost to make the items, so people were awara of what they could make and at what cost on a average, look the sales of 2022 Slayers event, its mindblowing the money NCSOFT made on that specific event, it is why i have made a post the day of the event to warn NCWEST staff about the major drama that will occur because of the nerf. i didn't lie, 200+ replies, 11k+ views, NCWEST didn't answered for a whole week. Due to that, i now know like 10 to 20 people who were regular spenders, who decided to quit the game. It's already too late, the servers are already not very populated, atleast not like in the past. This cause boredom ingame, no pvp, no competition, no fun, no fairplay, and a huge gap between little spenders and big spenders, NCWEST should listen to the needs of players in term of sales, people need specific items, gear, mats to evolve and upgrade their gear to play on all the updated Area ingame, like Dethrone and TOI etc. The limited timed hunting zone got a huge nerf also, imagine people were farming , were happy to be able to make a few bilions, gear up over time, the free to play had hope to progress ingame also, it all has got nerfed too. Frustration kicks in, and people quit again. Now we have light/normal servers mainly because of that. If the game was rewarding enough in term of Farming, and rewarding enough in term of sales, the server could be Heavy permanently, competitiive, and everyone could have fun, in pve, or in pvp. It's very logical. YOu must do something to the players feel good after spending money, and not frustrated. I could go on on many other aspects. as i said i have the knowledge and talked to alot of people, if NCWEST needs a new Community manager or Sales manager, i truly know i could make this company make 10x more the money they make now. And i am very humble saying that. @Wissp @Hermes Hope you guys will read and take a few actions. We love this game, all we want is to keep enjoying it, bring our friends and make the game amazing again. Have a good evening

@Wissp Hi, With all my respect, why is the community being ignored like this? there was a huge drama going on about the recent event, more than 200 replies and 11k views, and GM's didn't posted any answers or checked forums, many people are quitting the game right now. I am telling you this because the situation is critical and nothing is being said, its so weird from the community managers.

forums trolls will come and say "stop complaining" be ready for that But in reality, everything stated above is true.

@Wissp@Hermes @Hyunkel Take notes on this post on how to make a good event, Ncwest revenue is drastically dropping due to our current management team and above has all the statements that proves it. You guys are responsible for totally making the game an unhealthy place to spend money.

So Wissp said we would get December L2pass, its now 15th of January and he still hasn't responded to any post in the community except for the maintenance notes. We love our new GM.
