3....5 ppl clan doesn't need any system protection. Small clans can't declare war as well and if they changes that the bigger pve clans painfully would understand that the system protects them from small clans not small from bigger.

That was the end of the answer of one of the GMs about half an year ago. He's right. PK exist and it isn't agains the roles. Dunno why Hime has written that what you talking about.

+9 and +10 are not trash bonuses in PVP and that topic is exactly about PVP thatswhy we comment Dark sets. I am interested about which one has more pluses in PVP depending on your experience. The topic is not how to play L2 and which choice PVP or PVE type of Armor is better. Thank you anyway. I`ll be thankful to hear some opinion about it, coz I should chuck one of them in Action House.
