I know two other ppl that had same issue as u have.Took a bit of time but in both cases the issue was resolved (about one month or so was the period)In the first case from what i know the person was using the mail from his isp so basically the problem started from there and after coordination with his isp ncsoft was put in a trusted list and could get the mail with verification.In the second case the person was using hotmail (other acc he had and was using gmail was working and could log) and in that case answer came from ncsoft part after coordination.So i guess u kinda need to wait a bit although might take some time,Good thing both cases i know the issue was resolved and was same as u

I dont have that compulsive instict that every time there is a sales i have to buy just because is there and is selling .If NCSOFT is doing a sales that is unrealistic and not useful u just wait the next one and u buy what ever u need and that is IF the price is right...i mean i dont see why u have to spend on ncsoft and not somewhere else if u are not interested at what they offering..keep your money for the next overpriced but more useful sales

Economics and marketing isnt my field of expertise but over the years and playing this game i ve seen the same pattern over and over again in the events-sales ncsoft is doing.Ppl will complain and they ll offer some "profiting" event once or twice a year and again the same vicious circle...till the next one

I guess cause ppl say they dont spend but instead they spend on whatever event...oh wait isnt an event is a sales but ppl call it event

Festival Ranking is the "festival of who will spend the most".
To be honest none is forcing ppl to spend money ,u do on your own will, like when u go at a shop and u see something and u say to yourself ..oh i wanna buy that..but none from the shop forces u to buy. NCSOFT puts on sale what they think ppl might be interested (realistic or not ,important or not ,useful or not) but they dont force anyone to buy.Tagprice for some is doable for others is not (like real life)..Should they gain more out of a sale if prices were different or if products were different..well thats another whole conversation..

In my logic lower prices would make more ppl wanna buy even for the hope to get something out of any event box.High prices and low chance of items isnt making more potential buyers.Always will be the same ones that buy more and more.They try sometimes to do an event and suddenly so many rewards pop up (ofc the chance to get a good item needs a certain number of purchased boxes) and ppl run to buy more and more ...imagine if the prices were lower,my guess would be that ppl that not usually spend money ,they would give it a try .I guess we depend on these 100 or so ppl (i might say even a high number) that still spend, if they decide to move to a new game is game over over here

well i guess they did take into consideration all the feedback about support classes difficulty ...and they removed the bracelet and scrolls ...no need to argue if none can take the bracelet :/

Twice so far the boss died like someone had one shoted it.Twice in a row at the afternoon appearance of the boss.I ve been there the past few days when it appears and usually for chronos takes about 30+ minutes to kill it but since yesterday the boss died after it anounces the first name that suppose is the one doing the highest damage at the moment ( or at about that time ) and is dead in under 10m ( i might be sayng even a lot ) .As far as the winners yeah is true that the majotity of weapons have been won by the same people over and over again (same toon or alt of that person ).Is a good thing u can only win once per day but still that doesnt stop the already "winners" to try again and again to get as many rewards as possible.Dunno if in Korea the winners are always the same but i think here a name winner restriction should have been applied so the same person wouldnt be able to win again or even a random reward among the people that hit and are the spot at the time

From my understanding and after reading again the info of event ,the 3star awards sets have a daily rotation meaning they would change everyday like is listed and not in the same day after the previous set is claimed.Need to see if today the 1star and 2 star are also reseted or the ones claimed already count

Imo is one thing getting into war cause both sides wanna do it and resolve what is there to resolve or have fun ...and is another thing to intentionally start up a war by going around and trying to find that " bad macro" that will trigger it..
In this way someone makes a clan with all his mentees and start wars with several clans ..and guess that ONLY one person is nowhere to be found and meanwhile has ruined the game of ppl paying for runes or even not paying for runes but is trying to do some overnight xp
and dont start with u are not supposed to leave your toon unattended and those things can happen cause 99% of the ppl in the game do afk macro

i got one on some alt toon using the free hourglass,is the first luminous i got so far cause usually i get normal or advanced.

I think to follow your advice cause seems to me very profound and logical ,maybe i need to change my provider cause i m not happy with it 10 years now...hell time for a change,always has let me down but yeah better change it cause ncsoft has trouble handling the lag and the continious dc!...but i think i ll better call saul

Last year was 300 but this year is 100,i guess sales have droped this year so they adjusted the number

Over 430 queue atm for cronos and sad thing is that lag is still there for melee
(maybe not as much as after the fast restart of servers yesterday but still..)

Big clans after the afk macro era became all light castles and the ones that are still dark are some alt clan of some bigger clan with only the caster to be found logged during siege

Also define large ..apparently 14 isnt large but 15 is large i guess...

soooooo....the alt clans of active clans do they have the right to get castle according to u? I guess the answer is no from what u say ..

So u can register for siege and if u die u dont lose xp ,right ?(apart the fact ofc u can cast if u can ). So 14 or 70 at the end is the same cause lets say u worry about been hit by a clan u dont have war!
I m in clan(with more than 14ppl but they are some friends alts) that every now and then i register for siege just for the fun and i always get war declaration so for the next week after siege i have to look out just in case smthing happens!
My main is in a clan that had a castle and cause of the counts during siege for war we had to watch out ...i mean defending the castle was almost impossible..dont hit that clan..dont hit the other!
Imo 14 clan ppl isnt exploit! Cause if its exploit for siege why isnt exploit for ppl that detag to join such clans for xp or even grief ppl with pks ?To me doesnt make any sense..As far as siege is concerned if u r registered to siege and xp loss isnt included u can pvp..no need to have active war..
