And now they pay to change name and its oke... NCsoft must find a way ( no need to be something extreme... just a rule pk player not be able to kill player less than 10 lvls or not to have to tp.. ) in order to stop the "nuking" of new players ( even "afk-players" )

One solution is to remove teleport access ( not gk ) from the pk players... if some1 kill them not to be able to move back so fast... even if a high lvl come to kill them he/they are back in just 2 clicks....
