No idea on which server you are playing, but try to find ppl who fight them and give them infos about their location, their play time etc. On my server i did lvl a dedicated toon to fight these, and it works pretty well. One tips is that you have one free view location on each char that get pked by day, when you have a whole party getting killed, it's easy to look where he is and give infos on them multiple times per day.
