i tried contacting support after a DC spree once or twice in the past. Then when they wanted me to make changes in my network and DNS settngs, i was like "yeah, no thanks". If ONE application on my entire computer needs such delicate network related fiddling in order to run properly, i tend to think its not an error with my network or ISP but the application rather.

wow, this night market is just as populated with items to get as the servers nowadays..... the majority of the items from last night markets (and the ones that would be worth getting) are ofcourse taken out. good thing i canceled my prestige.

if the compound success rate for the normal gems continue to stay so low, then ether should drop either in much bigger quantities, or should be tradable, because at this rate one would maybe get 2-3 lvl4s every year with these amounts being dropped. lvl 5 by compounding? forget it.

i have a guess but what server are you playing on?

do you think they care? the player population of these 2 servers are but a mere fraction of those who play over in the east, and the few whales keep the gms well fed with these sales and promos.

still disconnecting..... "only" 4 times in 5 hours yesterday, after having a relatively dc-free time for a few days. no, i will not have another ticket opened with support, with the previous ticket they asked me to make changes to my dns settings and whatever, even tho i am sitting on a gigabit fiber optic net and for some reason this is the ONLY application (be it a game or not, using internet connection) on my computer that disconnects from the net. We havent seen any kind of compensation mentioned yet for the lost items, time, and xp due to the incompetence of the staff.

ncoin sale to try to remediate the ongoing lack of improvement in service? very weird way of approaching customer satisfaction.

apologies here and there sporadically, but no mention of ANY kind of compensation for the lost items (potions, cakes, etc) due to lag double-opening and disconnects......

the really sad and puzzling thing is that this same lag/dc happens during EVERY event and they still did not manage to find out why.

probably he means if you pay a metric ton of adena and buy ncoins with that from people. Which still doesnt change the fact that the only place you can get stuff to advance is through means of paying RL money to ncwest. or he is high on something i need aswell.

with the exception of at the time gear actually dropped ingame, and it wasnt the only solution to get it from paid sales or ncstore. At this point this game is not even pay2win anymore, its more like pay2play.

There are certain items that should be able to be shared within accounts that are not at the moment, those items should be revisited so people could trade those through dimensional merchant within account. For example in the past i tried to transfer birthday vitality potions from one of my alt characters on the same account to another, and it is not possible. (sent support ticket, no bueno either). For me at the moment this is one of such items, but there are probably more.

because there are people that dont care about the prices and pay whatever ncsoft is asking to get what they want. supply and demand.

lag that leads to dcs every now and then.... especially around these hours right now. and no. dandy balls arent gonna cut it. at LEAST the kinda compensation you provided last time with the cakes and the erupting pots per character.

there are still unbearable lagspikes, and still random dc (yes my net is just fine, tested, low latency, good speed, no erratic speed changes.... so it must be the game)

plus the multi enchant thing which is clearly destroying the timbuktu network they must have the server in
