Since support isn't responding, the only solution to understand what happened is this forum, maybe we should move the topic to player to player support. But in any case we have to discuss about this between players, sharing experience is the only way to discover what went wrong in this automatic ban process, so please don't lock these threads.

Same thing here, few accounts banned and no human answer. I did never got issue regarding buying nccoin, nor putting high end stuff on them. I have other similar accounts not banned, can't find any logical reason behind this. This seems to me some some automated ban going a bit too wild, let's hope we got answer.
