I'm not a avid fan of r110 appearance specially r110 weapons as the gm's says @Juji and others they removed it because of the upcoming patch
the glow on r110 with a lower grade from s80 below have same result now ( dull red ) 16 to 32 as one of you team says that r grade to r110 have the new weapon glow color from 21 to 32 I'm suggesting brining back the weapon appearance scroll but only for the item that you wont cause trouble so people are not interested on the appearance of their weapon can change and will give you extra additional income
