No offense but the "well it should be this so it's working as intended" is a little bit too easy. We could use some more information about how xp stack in this game.
2/ if i take your example, it would make 30% less Xp compared to prior update which is far from the difference we have now.

I noticed that this 50% applied even with 1 party member who was in town. so i got 50% on top of all other bonus exp. i can't tell how the 100% event exp worked since it was not shown in your bonus exp value

We want official answer about that because isn't clear yet.
If adena drop gonna be work only with vitality, then we talk about one of the biggest mistakes about it. In my opinion is very bad move and a lot of people gonna quit.
We play years this game, we love it and we try to keep it alive. Please consider the opinions from ur players.

50% Party bonus was on top of normal bonus means if you get 10b exp(with all bonus applied) you got 5b extra from Party Bonus

Ah you're saying correct, it's not a illegal server, they are betters so much and customer service is more more fast to take actions for Issues and care about game balance, maybe Nc staff need ask to these admins some tips...
Bots don't care about restart of server. they connect again. your restart is just placebo

just a guess, maybe the server is at max capacity so what to do? ban half ppl? sure they can ban the bots. but this is hard to automate

Its not normal to have so much problems and the only logic explanation is that they have all l2 servers on one hardware machine

do you really think thats true? and they don't run all servers on the same machine. login server sends you to the server you selected. you should know that the ip you see can be tunneled to other ip you can't see. like a proxy server.

I tested decreasing of details with no significant changes. I was surprised the biggest influence to framerate has terrain settings (how far you will see) and NPC limit... around 70 - 90FPS at minimum settings of NPC limit & tarrain range...
but there is still no efffectively used HW... @Juji @Hime is there any possibility how to improve effectivness of HW usage??? it´s really crazy get to low FPS at one of top HW in 2020 ...
this version of unreal engine don't support multi core cpu. it's just a very old engine at its limit. hope they really port to new engine
