  1. Any suggestions how to reduce lag/dc problem from other players? Since ncsoft can't do anything about it, maybe someone knows how to solve or go around the issue?
  2. Prestige subscription canceled until lag/dc issue is fixed, also expecting compensation.
  3. What about the old players who already can't graduate because the level is too high to be a mentee? Will we get a chance to get the earring/mask? Why would I want to finish the mentee quest if I can't get the earring? Doesn't make sense.
  4. Mixa, if you know everything so well, then please explain why the game was not disconnecting for at least 2 years with the same ISP? Only after the most recent game patches this problem started occurring (when the ranking system started). Did ncsoft move their servers that this packet loss started? I would suspect something is wrong with my connection, but as I see I am not the only one with the same problem. ISPs are different for most people, locations are different, PCs are different, though we all are experiencing the same issue. I think this problem is occurring because of client / server
  5. Same issue here, also Chicago. So I've done everything requested from the support team and basically got a BS answer like always to contact the ISP. The game was running perfect for a few years but after these last updates it keeps disconnecting and I'm giving up on it until I the issue is resolved.
