So this is the ofiicial server? because somewhere on internet i read that there is Europe official server with new class death knight...what the difference?

so lineage 2 Europe is an official partner?..and i have a delay on NA servers

yesterday i was trying to find how i can download lineage 2 but there was no option until i realised that i had to choose NA server...why? why i cant play in europe?
