For consumables as what a promo should actually be for. The gear should be extras but its been backwards for years now.

@Wissp& @Hermes, So did you totally forget about the polls that went out to emails about a year back? I can tell that you have because there were ZERO improvements even based off those polls. ONCE AGAIN, No one trust you. So why create a poll that you will do nothing with? NCSoft Korea has already put together their list of items they will update for Lineage 2 this year. Which we will get hand me down of, so why create a poll that YOU can do NOTHING about? We also know the DEVs will shoot down just about anything that helps the player base or water it down in such a way no one can progress. The only thing you can do is LOWER the cost of Promos and increase rewards. Lets face it, you will do nothing of the sort. There will be zero drops added to help players improve against the Environment. You cant seem to understand to lower cost of Promos and increase rewards. There are ZERO quest to help people gain hard to find items. Not sure who had the grand idea to reduce the enchant rates then post it as a similar event but it was an epic failure. This, "We will be evaluating how to approach future promotions with your feedback in mind." There was no other "promo" in the last four years that has been as good as this one. People saved up for a whole year (including myself) to utilize this "promo" aka SALE to upgrade gear, fill in wholes of characters weakness and find a way to enjoy the game again. However, I am pretty certain that NCWest will fail again and I can only speak for myself that I will never "save" money for a promo again. Much less be around for it. NCWest has always found a way to milk its customers. Jewels are a great example, started out small increments of money back in 2016/17 and on an annual bases prices got more expensive in the NCstore over time (this promo caused me to quit for 2 years). Nightmarket Coins, another example where the player base had to point out massive disparity in prices before something was done but once again, slowly increase the prices and to milk the player base. NCWest has once again found a new target of the Mythical Dragon chest but this time you removed a valuable item (Luna Packs) and adjusted the rates WITHOUT saying anything. @Wissp& @Hermes, this goes without saying, the player base doesn't trust you (lack of communication) nor do we think you can actual do anything to help us (always an increase of prices and THE PLAYER BASE HAS TO POINT IT OUT). Your company has started to show a trends over the last six years, so yea, we don't trust you.

So to have this silence knowing moderators, game maters, and other have been reviewing this. Seems like either ONE, we haven't said the right key words to warrant a response, TWO you just don't care, or THREE its policy to make everyone as upset as possible then say "working as intended".

@Hermes @Wissp So, I have waited almost a year for this event. Saved up close to about 10gs so I could get to stage 3 on my bow and make other upgrade that are needed for future updates and skill nerfs compensation. Why this event, because unlike the boxes and other promos (sales really) there is no other event out there that has as good of a return as this event. Jan 2022, the slashers were 70%, past +3, until +15->16 then it went to 30%. However, with the Luna packs it made it possible to attempt to get 15,16 or 17. For the Jan 2022 event a normal $50 buck would net about 2 if you beat the odds maybe 4 +16s with using the luna packs giant scrolls (I would buy the scrolls separately). Which allowed for the method of keeping one, sell one and I would say I made the NCsoft close to 8grand or more just on my enchanting alone. Jan 2023, slasher event is 60%, past +3, until 15 and it drops back to oh, 30% again and we don't have the luna packs. I have already used $150 bucks worth of dragon boxes out of my own adena to test this event. However, low and behold I have had one +15 with a failure to +16 which is a huge decrease in a success rate when I would of had 6 +16s based off the Jan 2022 event on the same $150 bucks. You have not only killed this event but also made the game almost impossible to progress any more. The Slasher event was the only one that allowed me to make drastic jumps in my game since I started back in July 2004. What is even more sad, is that @Wisspmakes comments on the Aden forms but says nothing to this community even though he said he would play here to see how hard it was to progress and comment back to the DEVs. Well, its your time to shine buddy because this was the one event where everyone had a chance to progress and not use a random box event.

I feel that your still missing the point, I had bough boxes at 80 coin each trying for one of those random 10% chances. However, all my chances failed. I wasnt dumb enough to buy the "scam" that was posted or provided but tried to use normal single boxes to save a few $ for a $30 dollar click. Your team failed to verify before publishing the event. Still took peoples hard earned cash for a 10% chance on a lowest amount of $30 dollars a click.
