Xetomana

Hello NC I have been experiencing an issue where the element stance does not show around the border for elemental skills - spike, crash, burst and storm. I would need to toggle the tooltip in order for them to show but after a while they don't show anymore. -Xetomana

I have same issue as another user. The level III runes do not stack therefore I have a destiny pack but the rewards for runes are level III
