  1. Please put a toggle on the Auto-Hunt similar to "Pickup" but instead makes your character stationary! This lack of function makes it hard for us to farm without running around all over the place! The interface was perfect the first time it came out! This new interface is junk! NOTE: This insert is just one of MANY DEFECTS of this last update! Respectfully, Teddy
  2. As far as I know its impossible to get right now, because they changed everything in Dragon Valley. Your only chance is to buy from a player that has it.
  3. In many cases "Spiritshots" were used just to increase casting speed. Now people have to spend 3 times as much just for casting speed? It's like only selling super-unleaded gasoline and this is what you drive!
  4. The only buffs/skills that can be looped have a green circle on the top right corner of the skill icon. They failed to make the Warcryer/Overlord buffs loop along with songs/dances. Any buff/skill that has an effective duration will automatically reactivate once that duration ends...
  5. LMAO! I'd like to believe that I am speaking for most players in our community when I say "We love you man and we know this isn't your fault!" I'm just trying to bring some smiles into a very dismal situation and we all know you're working hard to restore our game back to normalcy. With that being said it would be an honor for me to "BUFF" you with Might, Greater Might, Haste, Berserk, Windwalk, Greater Windwalk, COV, Paagrio's Wisdom, Empower, and Sayha's Influence so that it may give you Godspeed and Bi-Partisan diplomacy to get L2 Classic running smoothly again! Community, am I missing anything else like buffs or items that Juji may need to conquer the "forces of incompetence?" Yours Truly, Teddy
  6. Guys NC Soft just updated the software on my 86 inch Sony Smart TV and now I can't download any APPS and when I press the volume up button on my remote it opens my garage door. I also noticed that they allowed me to "Loop Macro" the "on and off switch" on my TV so that it turns on and off by itself every 30 seconds! Its hard for me to watch movies now and my electricity bill went up by 30% and my garage door opener is over-heating! Has anyone experienced this issue yet? Respectfully, Teddy
  7. Great observation! Also please restore the characters name on the main screen so we don't have to make unnecessary clicks to see what character we are currently playing! This is basic common sense stuff! Whose idea was it to remove the character's name on the main screen? I really want an explanation why they did it, how it benefits players, and how it benefited the game overall? These questions need to be asked to understand the thought process and qualifications of the individual(s) responsible. Also, what is NC Soft doing to hold these individuals accountable for this mishap? This entire update has caused an immense uproar in your community (aka customers)! Your team launched an update that was not thought out and structured properly; nor was it adequately tested for functionality! @Juji @Hime Respectfully, Teddy
  8. Go farm in Cruma 2 and you'll see what I mean...
  9. You're right! They turned one of the best MMORPGs out there into trash! They need to make some drastic changes in the department that oversees these kind of things! Somebody is dropping the ball and not doing their job! This is too big of a fail to slip through the cracks!

    Olympiad

Don't do Olympiad until they fix everything. They screwed the game up royally!
  11. I have this same issue and its annoying and costing me XP loss! The original Auto-hunt feature didn't have this issue... They broke it along with a lot of other useful things with this new UI...
  12. Yes they had one entire week to fix the damages done and all they did was add "macro-looping" back, and it still does not work right. My assisting party will stop assisting for no reason at all even though the assist macro is still highlighted and activated on the "hotbar." They took away the vital option to "anchor" your main assist so it doesn't run around and the party remains in its controlled area. They had one week to fix things and they did the most minimal job possible! They had months to test this new UI before they launched it. They failed us and this game miserably! Many of my friends and clansmen have already moved to other MMORPGs where their DEVS actually have a clue about the game they are hired to progress and not sabotage... Respectfully, Teddy
  13. Also the “new and inferior auto-hunt feature“ will simply stop working if you’re main assist gets ported away in Cruma 2 by the Perums. The previous version did not stop at all and continued to target the next mob. Please fix this! If possible, please change the entire team who was responsible for this last update. Assign them to improve the design of an automobile, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided to make the tires square! Sorry for my sarcasm... Respectfully, Teddy
  14. You can’t anchor your Main Assist and your party gets stuck or overlaps other people’s hunting areas. Bring back the original Auto-Hunt box where you can drag a macro into it and your Main Assist doesn’t attack the next target but simply buffs and heals while choosing the next target for your party to engage. This new Auto-Hunt box is a hundred times inferior to the previous one! It is definitely not an improvement but more of a hassle and an inconvenience. Seriously you guys need to test things for functionality before you release it and make sure it’s effective and makes sense! Or better yet, get devs that actually play the game and understand the mechanics and strategies of how your players are playing it! Reepectfully, Teddy
  15. Please stay positive! Your perplexed mind may have the power to speak things into existence.. On a side note: It might be a great idea to bring back the old DEV team to fix it because they did it right the first time. This new team has no idea what they are doing and made the "Auto-Hunt" feature painfully unplayable. No delay options, looping skills that weren't meant to be looped, and disregarded the importance of looping buffs, songs, and dances. They also dropped the ball on assisting and the option to anchor the main assist... They created a limited user interface missing critical details that allowed effective party management, and the list goes on... Honestly has this new DEV team ever played or looped a party in Lineage 2? This question may sound rhetorical, but I sincerely would like to know... Sincerely, Me again...
  16. Great news! Please allow custom macros to be toggled (right-clicked) on the "hotbar" and allow it be be activated in sequence as the "hotbar" was designed to do so that Prophets can buff a full party. Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... Even a brief statement such as this every now and then restores great hope in our community and creates a bridge of communication to the mysterious DEVS who forge the future of this amazing game... <3
  17. Hi. Please include Devil's Island in your list. The Floating Eye Seer and Immortal Spirit is spawning on crates and cannot be targeted. They literally just sit there and kill you with a ranged magical attack and there is nothing you can do about it! Thank you...
  18. MY FREIND: "Listen now or never hear us again" Great opinion, but let me give you some important feedback from a retired marketing manager of a billion dollar communication and wireless company. Mobile device gaming is a growing market, but it is very volatile and the competition is overwhelming. Mobile users do not stay loyal to one game and delete and download on a daily basis because there is limited storage on their mobile devices. Mobile devices have very limited battery life and its very easy for the user to be distracted whether it be social media, messaging, or a simple phone call. They are marketing a long-term game towards a group of individuals who simply will not commit because they are always on the "go'." Keep in mind that it is a portable device and the user will be actively driving, in school, or working in the office. The mistake that some companies make is they churn their loyal customers that they've had for years, ignoring the fact that those customers were less likely to change service (change games regarding this topic). Instead, they spend their resources focusing more on adding new customers that usually do not have the same level of loyalty as their original users. I'll give examples below of sacrificing old customers to gain new ones: Several companies (I won't mention names) had promotions offering better rates for new customers that weren't available to existing customers causing a backlash that made most of their loyal customers port out to other carriers that offered them better rates. This resulted in significant loss in their YOY (year-over-year) reports and put them in the red. The new customers that they were gaining were customers who trended to stay with their wireless provider for only 2-years before porting out again to the competition. Think of your customer base being contained in a bucket. You spend lots of money pumping more water into the bucket only to find out that there are huge holes on the bottom (the holes representing your loyal customers) and more water is escaping than there is being added. This is the inevitable result of turning your back on the people who put you on the map in the first place. NCSoft currently has a stable and loyal base of customers right now. They are on the verge of losing their fan-base and any other game they release in the future will be viewed under negative speculation due to their past decisions of undermining their previous users. Why would they ruin a successful and epic MMORPG and turn it into something that their customers do not want. My friend who played L2 for a very long time downloaded L2 Revolution and deleted it saying it was junk, watered down, and extremely limited compared to the original game. It doesn't have the same essence and magnetic appeal as L2, and making things a lot simpler does not necessarily mean its going to make it better. I personally enjoy the complexity, range, and diversity this game has originally offered, and now with all the questionable changes and content removal it is only half as good as it used to be. With that being said this game's success in the mobile arena will only be short-lived and limited... Mark my words... L2 Fan...
  19. L2 ADMINS, DEVELOPERS, & FRIENDS: This update absolutely makes no sense. I understand that there are a lot of mobile games out there that find some success, but lineage 2 is the wrong game to do that with! This game is suppose to be played on your PC on a large monitor with vast content such as crafting, sieges, questing, etc... Turning it into a mobile game will destroy the essence of this once amazing game and transform it into one of those generic mobile game that people will just play for a couple weeks then delete. Remember mobile devices have limited memory unlike a PC so people are constantly deleting and downloading apps on a daily basis. These DEVS are so out of touch with what this game is suppose to be and why it has captured the loyalty of players for more than 16 years. Whoever originally created this game had the right idea and was brilliant with its content and diversity, and I'm sure a different and less creative team is now responsible for making all of these horrific changes and ideas. The only thing they did right was add the Auto-Hunt feature. The "first" Auto-Hunt feature they introduced was clever, because they understood that their original fan-base is much older now and can't sit in front of the PC 24/7 like we did before. Now most of us have "real" work, families, and have grown up responsibilities. It allowed us to stay competitive by allowing us to manage work/life/game balance. It was comprehensive and easy to use and allowed you to somewhat compete with all the 3rd party bots out there that run rampant all over questing and farming areas, but now they somehow found a way to ruin the only thing they did right! I will point out only two of the MANY examples: You can't loop useful buffs, but you can loop heals and strategic skills such as "Stun Shot" non-stop without any delays until all your MP is used up in a matter of seconds! Second Example: You can't loop Songs and Dances, but you can loop "Party Return" - What?!?!? Also, why can't we see if our de-buffs are landing on mobs anymore, and why can't we see the character we are playing on instantly? Whose terrible idea was this anyway and do they even play the game or tested this so-called newly improved system? (It is the BIGGEST FAIL thus far) I am also not happy about the fact that they are removing important content from the game with every update. Crafting has been a very important and fun part of this game and it is fading away with every update. Sieges are not fun anymore and limited to just one castle along with fortresses being unavailable. Olympiad is a joke allowing outside buffs which defeats the purpose of having self-buffs and class individuality. There is too much emphasis on P2W and its taking the fun out of the game, simply due to the fact that you can only get those items if you spend real money. The concept that there are items that you cannot trade of share and materials have 0 value when sold to the NPC makes it so much more difficult for you to earn adena, not to mention the pitiful adena drop rate. There are so many other things worth mentioning, but I'll leave that to the rest of you if you want to bring notice to it. To sum it all up, this once incredible game is utterly being destroyed, dismantled, and transformed into something we don't want... We voice our disappointments and concerns in the forums along with fantastic ideas and resolutions, only to be frequently ignored. I'm extremely loyal and very patient, but if the direction is to remove more content and become more like a mobile game, that is where my friends and I draw the line and part ways with one of the greatest games that was ever created! Thank you so much for reading. I just needed to spill my heart out and express my sadness and dissatisfaction to what is happening to our beloved game... 21. When Perum teleports you in Cruma 2 the Auto-Hunt Interface “turns off” and you just sit there motionless and get killed by the mobs... Everything was working correctly before. Why break something that isn’t broken?!?! This update is a joke! P.S. Do you guys even test things out before you implement them to see if it makes any sense? please fix this ASAP! Thank you...
