the changes to Flex Blow makes the Fortune seeker extremely mobile. However, no AoE is a very confusing change because the skill power was left the same as the AoE version of the skill.
The skill should have gotten this teleport dmg aspect, but also retained the small AoE pattern.
There is a reason why no one plays othel, and its purely because of no AoE. All other dd's have AoE that can gain xp and adena at 2-3x the rate of an othel stuck in single target land.
The question NCsoft should answer is why do the skills Barrage of Nails and Wild Plunder NOT follow the blow formula like Flex blow did last update for it's AoE damage calculation. These 2 skills follow the same formula as a Yul, where P Atk crit dmg do NOT affect their damage output. Considering 75% of a dagger's passive boosts come from P Atk Crit Damage, this seems like a massive oversight and a bug.
Wild plunder specifically was the exact same skill as Flex Blow last update, except it did 1/10th the damage. This makes 0 sense.
If these 2 skills used the blow formula, dagger would be fixed big time.
Othel is a dead class and ncsoft don't care to fix it. Detrhone alone allows AoE DD's to xp 2-3x as fast. The dev's are clueless.
@Hermes @Wissp feel free to reach out if you want more details about what I'm describing. I will tell you how to recreate the issue and test it.

Can any of you confirm if this skill is still an aoe skill after the update?
The skill is currently a short distance aoe stab
the new skill is a stab+teleport type of skill, but aoe still? or is this now single target? (you would need to test the skill on a group of monsters to verify this, the description is terribly translated)

this was supposed to be a premium currency for high spenders.
you never updated the shop to anything worth while, and now you just delete them.
feature had potential, but like everything ncsoft touches, they do the opposite of what players want and the opposite of how you could potentially maximize profits.
more reason to look for other things to do/play. not a fan of removing p2w currency and items.

if you people bought the limit and deleted them, like almost every single person has done over the last few years, all you need to do is send a petition stating you deleted them and want to add the collections. they will restore what you purchased based on their history.
this is done via a support ticket.
you all freaking out without even trying...

This is insane. You had 3 maint extensions, and you cant even properly load a paid promo rewards? Like how do you mess that up?
800 boxes = 232 cookies, not 2552 as advertised. I sent a ticket. This is enough to contact an attorney if its not fixed. You CANNOT false advertise this stuff and you keep doing it over and over... @Hermes @GM_dufo

the new Shilien Knight skill that requires 2 greater rune stones has a bug. Whenever you use this skill, it causes all clients around it to crash and/or crit error to a grey screen. Removing this skill from the macro causes the crash to go away. This happens to anyone near the tank using the skill. I am unsure if other tank skills also cause this issue. It is an issue with the skill animation or the animation of the buff Shilen's Orders which procs when using the skill.
I do not see this in the known issue list, but do know it has been reported via a ticket.
Please add this issue to the list.

@Hermes You’r team should procceed to a total reimbursement or Compensate players who spent money and Ncoin on a FALSE reward list. this is a Really big Issue and Drama is starting to appear on the server.

But hey, take the new update and be happy you lemmings, right? We give you libra so shut up about bad promos and 0 ability to progress in the game unless you spend 10's of thousands in cash.
Be interesting to see if the coin store and cross server auction house are edited out just for us (japan is getting them tomorrow), or these insanely game changing features were obliviously left put of your patch notes somehow...

in korea this item is not required. the craft cost is same, but minus the crystal imbued with darkness. only for exports do they do this, and our region has never had this item in game to my knowledge.
this most recent update we got adjusted this craft cost in korea. ours stayed totally useless like usual.
be very cool if stuff was actually "farmable" in game like old times. sigh...

That event was profitable for me and I only pulled one item worth more than 8b adena and it was only worth 34b adena. I received lots of crap consumables and no big ticket items. Most of the value came from the items in the middle. Is this anecdotal evidence? Yes, but I haven't seen anyone provide any evidence to the contrary. I see so many people complain "all I get is worthless consumables!" but that's an blatant exaggeration. Yes, everyone gets a lot of consumables because the chance to get them is high, but people need to actually post all of what they're getting, calculate the total value of all items received, divide that value by the total NCoin spent and post it to the forum to prove to NCSoft that we're getting screwed. I don't recall ever seeing this happen.
If we had a mega thread where people posted what they got and calculated the total value divided by NCoin spent, that would give power to sway events in the right direction. I'm sure NCSoft is just ignoring all the complaints at this point because it's the same complaints every event.
This loot box event is probably even better than the average loot box event. There are brand new GK heaven/epic talisman enchants, dragon claws, advanced stable +16 to 18 scrolls, DW augment stones. All highly sought after and will sell easily.
people post videos and data for years on loot boxes m8.
i opened 1k usd worth of boxes 2 events ago and literally got 200-250b of items. i posted this in discord.
you say no one should plan to get a super item, but then u list 3-4 items that people will open to try and get that are super items? Dragon claw? how many loot boxes give these have you seen? 15-18 scrolls means the next event will be a horrid rate cloak event again. dw aug stones were given substantially cheaper with other events in the past. 3 items isnt much when there are 40-50 listed...
you still ignore the entire concept that someone must "GAMBLE" $250,000+ usd to "TRY" and make a stage 3 item. this is insanity for any video game.
maybe 2-3 people who havent quit will try to open for the kain scroll specifically. rest is bullshit items.
usually i agree with you on this stuff, not this time.
ncsoft also completely ignored our feedback.

there is not a single good item in those boxes. stage 1 god jewels. non super fire agath. consumables. Jamoa scrolls. What big pull item will recoup the spend of a quarter million dollars to make that stage 3 potentially?
i very much disagree on this front. the contents of this loot box are a joke. the craft rates are a joke. the prices are a joke. the company who put this crap out is a joke.

its very unfortunate we have to get update note information from innova patch notes. they also knew over a week ago about this change. we knew this was intended when we saw the ninja update applied yesterday.
also, nice way to delete paid for items. just keep screwing the players, it will definitely work out for you.

Ultimately nc needs to seriously review class balance.. if your not a tyrr/dk/yul your mostly trash.
dagger update is in our next update. as to the 80/20 aspect, I am unsure how it will be changed, if at all.

every single feedback thread references your price structure being waaaay too high. so you raise prices AND make a loot box not even give a minimum reward equal to its value. 5 eihnassad coin for a box to give 2 roses = to 1 eihnassad coin in cost. no ty. a sale should benefit us, not hurt us. rename this to casino event, not sale event.
enjoy no sales again... sigh.... wish you would all get a clue
