look. ncsoft pushed out a promo with 2x normal prices. said nothing and removed it after we called them on their bullshit. then the following week they bring a proper event sale price AFTER 1 week passed on the SAME event with 0 COMMUNICATION. they didnt even bother to do the simple check of what they were selling the item for in the shop normally for. We were supposed to have a "PROMO" at the start of the event. They removed the incorrect store promo without doing a maintenance or bringing the server down. They could have fixed the promo last week but they didnt. People then went in on the event and they screwed the spenders. on purpose in my opinion based on their lackluster responses. there is no way someone is oblivious to this entire issue, @Hermes and @Wissp definitely know what I'm talking about. They remain silent as per typical on instances they blatantly screw the consumer. We get you will refund the 160 incorrect buys. We aren't asking about that. We should get a 15% discount on all ultimate jewelry box purchased made last week at the 80 ncoin price. This is a promo event, we should not be forced into the standard 80 ncoin price due to the gm staff incompetance. Anyone who agrees with this tactic is a cheap ass non spender who is full of jealousy or an ncsoft sympathizer (if that even exists)

1st event i bought in on in months, i learned my lesson again clearly edit: i suceeded 4 top jewels, i got my moneys worth. but that doesnt change the how tone deaf the gm team is on this issue.

Hi @Wissp @Hermes and whoever else should be linked Last week, you pushed out a "Promo" for ultimate jewelry boxes, but the promo made them more expensive at 160 ncoin each. You then removed the promo from the store, said nothing to the playerbase, and just let us buy normal store Ultimate Jewelry Boxes for 80 ncoin each all week. Many players purchased on the standard, non-promo price of 80ncoin, so much so the top amethyst is sold out on special craft on chronos. Now, yet again, not a single word from you to us, the playerbase, the promo package is back and properly set as a discount at 68 ncoin per box. Interesting you give us the promo price AFTER we all purchased the regular boxes on your lied about "Promo" event. You should credit back every single person who bought Ultimate Jewely Boxes at 80 ncoin either 12 ncoin per box purchased or give them the boxes they should have received if the sale price was properly given to us. I will tell you this much. You just lied about a promo sale and pushed a non sale, then forced us to buy non sale items to participate in your "event", then you lower prices the following week without a single word regarding the issue. This is a massive F U to the players who spend. Congrats on pissing off your paying customers. I personally used 40k ncoin. That made 500 boxes. On promo, thats 588 boxes, at least 3 more clicks on the 30 box try. If you think this is a proper business tactic you will find yourself with no spenders pretty damn fast! What are you going to do about it? If you think giving us boxes AFTER the special craft is over, you will be sadly mistaken. Don't do this. If you give us boxes as compensation, it needs to be during the special craft event, otherwise bleep off with that solution. Thank you.

this is whats going on in my opinion. many people think we will get the heaven tali enchant stuff soon with the epic tali enchant stuff. there is a new round of events for holidays in 1 week. the person who made 7-8 heavens in 1 day on chronos is a massive compulsive gambler and has trillions upon trillions of adena and gear just sitting unused in warehouses. you can make an infinite number of insanities in aden if you have adena. we see successes, not failures. its easy to scream something is being abused when you only see the rewards. if a bug/exploit existed, these people wouldnt be doing it on their mains....

if you are server rank 50 or less, you get an extra 20 run speed above cap to allow 320 run speed.

Whoever makes their targets is also next level dumb The entire way they market/promote/approach maintaining this game makes no sense. They constantly loose players month after month after month...

I've been saying this for months. There is no other logical explanation to the utter failure of how they are running this product.

You already ruined my regular spend on your product by your incompetence over the last year.

there is no upper level cap for crit damage (patk or skill), skill power, or patk. all 4 stats are basically 1% stat = 1% dmg on target as a rough calculation. I find patk scales just slightly less than crit dmg and skill power, but for a fortune seeker who uses AoE, you would want patk over p atk crit dmg bc p atk crit dmg doesnt apply to any dagger aoe like it does on blows. for element, i suggest checking the #learnatorium section of the official l2 discord. so much better info there to give info towards element and how much you ened for each zone. i personally never focused element, even when i ran r110. i found that after 116-117, it was very difficult and expensive to spec in element much past armor augs, and after 117ish you need 1800+ attack element. i never sacrificed a straight damage item (example red artifact slot) for element, nor would i now. element is rather situational for each zone and what you are doing. I do not think i missed much by not focusing it. once you get a 999 wep, you never worry about element again. dagger blows dealt with dual daggers land at 80% rate. this means, 20% of the time, you will just do no damage. A shaper lands blows at 82.5% rate roughly. a blow has 2 parts to it, the patk crit dmg part, and the p skill crit dmg part. this is hard to see on awakened toons because you always crit both parts of the stab. in pvp, skill crit rate matters, because enemies can have items/buffs that reduce the rate they receive skill crits. this is where you need a skill crit rate item. in pve, you do not need skill crit rate UNLESS you use AoE's like barrage of nails and wild plunder. These ARE affected by skill crit rate much like a yul, and these skills are much more in line with a yul skill. p atk crit dmg does NOT affect dmg, direction passives do NOT affect dmg because they arent blows. to AoE, u need uber gear as an othel. good luck

@Wissp @Hermes not a single soul has asked for cloak event. last cloak event, no one participated and everyone complained about prices and the rates. legendary upped rates, as ando pointed out, should be on +11/12/13 not 1/2/3. this is another glaring example of how whoever makes these events is 110% clueless about our game items/market/mechanics/etc. ncsoft logic = copy paste same event/prices even when no one is askin for this event and we are all asking for dragon wep/claw/other gear events. sigh.... at some point, we have to believe ncsoft is purposefully trying to make people quit for some insane reason.... its beyond ridiculous at this point.

as with many systems in this game, they need to be updated to be useful and applicable to our state of the game ion our region. i look forward to what you "find" in this. the class can be invisible fairly cheaply, and other items allow them to play olympiad this way. kind of interesting it took this long for people to abuse this.

the augments are amazing for the top 1% of people. however, you need a top form of an item typically to use these augment stones, and now 3 hours of farm with drop rune generates 12 random scrolls instead of 70-80. this type of change hurts all low/mid tier players still trying to make +5 items and upgrade them. nevermind the shear cost now to make a +7+ item when all scroll farm was reduced to 1/7th of what it was. Also, PI used to be an income source for low/mid/high gear people. all aug stones aren't tradeable, and the drops massively reduced. it is no longer a place for people to make adena by farming, but rather a place to upgrade their toon with bound stuff now. Now, all new players will have to, once again, spend money to upgrade their items. instead of needing CoD only (which had a set required qty mind you), you now must purchase scrolls which have an indefinite number you may need to get the +5 / +7 item. this is all focused to make people pay more, and it will hurt our playerbase even more.

so the special add is to let us craft 10 whole dragon claws server wide @Hermes ? This is a literal joke, right? you don't give us dragon claws for 10 months straight, then you limit a promo to give 10 claws for the entire server? You do realize we need like 60-120-180 of these per weapon, right? Like, this game mechanic is understood by your team, correct? Also, the current rate is 2.5x the price of a claw when it was on dragon slayer event (60b / claw vs 160b / claw) to be honest it would have been better if they didnt post this bullshit. adjust the pricing to be cheaper or let the event run and move on to figuring out a better approach for the next one. there are pages of suggestions on the price issues with promos, you guys just need to read them.
