I think they are more happy when game life is more hard and players are frustrated.... they dont never think that we cant farm adena and real stuff, l2store is too much expensive, most of item stuck 1 in char. Also, look the upgrade from r99 to krisna...cmon, 102 elcyum and 9 bilion......how we can have mass population in the game with all prohibitive situation that developers make in every updates? The correct business is: balanced difficult--> mass population--> a lot of micro transactions. and all are happy
