Hello I havent seen the black merchant in Giran so far. So i suppose there isnt one at all, as i remember from c6. My question is, is it possible to upgrade my akat longbow to eminence bow? And if yes how? P.S I also need some infos about SA and what rune should i choose, on what lv, for my c grade bow? Thank you!
