    if you connect more pc or laptop in same router still only 3 account will be active.because all share 1 ip address.

    1 more thing @Juji You was did this new character creation disable before, and wasnt worked at all. what the point, my idea its much better :) after hime read it and talk about it with you :)

    was have same problem like you, try ping ncsoft.com on windows, you will see timed out on line. then you have a problem between your internet providers to ncsoft internet providers.

    Our team has reviewed many scenarios where the latency is could be coming from, but it's a good idea to review it again. 

     

    Please let us know if you're not seeing any improvement to issue. Thank you. 

    let me give you an idea how to check if ISP causing this.

    When you guys make maintenance and the server on but no gamers online make a speedtest.net and 100 pig on internet providers ip, then make both again after 1 hour later with gamers, then 1 hour later again, do this till server have heavy traffic. this is the best tactic to check if the internet providers causing this. if you see a lot down and upload in last test, then come back here and post the result, i feel the download and upload in heavy traffic will be low.

    1 Question, all server share 1 internet? or all sevver have diff? or like chronos and naia share and the 2 classic share, so there is 2 internet 1 for live and 1 for classic?

    nice 1, but today i was lucky, make a +5 veteran mask with 7 scroll and +3 noble circlet with 5 scroll :D

    And left hope Juji and hime have 120 iq and read my suggestion, and realize i'm right and they contact NCSOFT ISP already :D

    A lot friend ask me why i still play this game, have 2 reason.

    1. because i want to see you guys do it right :D
    2. because i love this game :D

    My logging problem was start at marc 25. between my net and ncsoft isp, was see pocket lose in ping, yesterday was fixed :) now, again pocket lose after you guys make maintenance :D gz me, i was know you guys make the problem again :) cant believe i'm so good on guessing :D to be honest was expect you do it again :)

    Suggestion for NCSOFT:contact to internet providers, lag its come from there. not on our isp or server usage.
    Stop fixing server and stop optimizing server, lag its come on your internet providers :P
