yes but if ncsoft wanted to they could make it where people could exchange boxes for the Greater Runestone at a 100% rate

and it supports the high cost of boxes and nerf to things like Greater Rune stone, which everyone needs. Trust me every top player has and can buy or farm such items

If people would not buy boxes just to resell to buy shop for cheap adena it would help immensely to the problem somewhat imo

IMO only the server as a whole can change these crazy events by not supporting them. Most people on the server need certain things and events like these if supported will keep them from not coming.
