I Think the client (PC - Laptop) checking IF much difrents on Health and if find difrents and need to use HP Portion Send on Server the results. The Server waiting for client to answer. It would be painful for the Server to ask this question every time. And the Programmer know that. But i think some scripts need to put on client, to free CPU usage on Server.

If anyone have problem with many errors when downloading, try to change download files path from launcher to another location. And the path must be local path not network path. That dose not fix the problem100%. I can not explain the problem now.

The launcher, Forum, Mobile Forum view and l2 client they have a lot of bugs.- and you can not see... My job is Network Technical Services and much more... let us known if all is ok.
