While attempting to complete the Quarrells Time quest I was told by imJake that the rooms for the quest were off limits 24/7except to certain adena miners. Is that true? If so why have a quest that uses those mobs. Possibly if the mobs gave no rewards people who play for fun could try without getting PKd
