@Juji a friend is trying to log in to the site to get the rewards but is not getting it. The site loads and returns to the main page. Have you tried other computers, other browsers and cache cleaning nothing works but he is logged in normally in the game. For this problem he can't even log in to open a ticket or open a post here on the forum. Could help?
