Their service provider or email provider is the one that was blocking their mail from NCsoft. The one i refer to got his email provider to unblock NCsoft and then he recieved the code. Whats the email that you use for that account. Contact them and find out if they are the ones blocking NCsoft before you see the mail.

This is a recent thing to some. Its turning out that its not NCSoft, its you service provider. Some have begun to block mail from NCSoft/L2 and it doesn't show as spam. Its like the phone call thats blocked before it rings. See if they have begun to block stuff that you don't want blocked. In game player was out for the pass 28days until he found out that it was his provider, not NCSoft.

It appears that L2/NCSoft doesn't really believe that we as players exist. The changes they make that disregard anything that we might say is rather unbelievable. Its as if they don't believe that we are actually still playing. Lets make this change to the negative and we'll give them..well nothing. Do our thoughts have no meaning at all? I'm guessing nope. I really need to move on, but the investment in this game has been, like so many others, alot. Not sure how much more of this disregard i can take. You want us to quit so we can't say that you "shut the game down". I think you're making the decision rather easy for some.

Depending on the 3 characters that you made you can lvl with those. Its just not gonna be as fast without opening up your pockets. DK tank, (any other DD) and an iss will get you everywhere eventually with just exalted. The thing is, you will end up playing in certain areas much longer than someone who chose to spend a little. Getting into good dailies with someone will be a problem when they see the gear that you're rocking. But, its up to you really. In this game there are those who have spent very little and happen to luck into some good sellable items that they then turned into good gear. While others have spent a small fortune. Its a game, if you don't want to spend and don't find it enjoyable..move out smartly. If you wish to spend the time and spend a little here and there, thats cool to. Your choice.

@WisspI think they are setting you up for failure. First we get the event that actually give lvl5 crystals in the year 2022. Now you're giving us Cookies that no one can use. You might wanna check that out.
