Now rly... I think Dominators strenght dont stand in that skill ...yet, its true, I also think they are the weakest(meaning unusefull) from ISS. Dargor Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 The link says cd is 30 seconds. You cast the dominant flag and then the buffs. While the flag is up, the buffs are applied to nearby clan members. Only the kinds of buffs it mentions, only to clan members within the range of the flag and only if the caster is within the flag's range himself.
