I played in the first few days and had to stop, now I'm coming back and I wanted to know if those Bugs that the people complained about, like Drop rate adena, xp lost in death, these little things, were solved?

1-40 lvl mobs got boosted x2.5
after 40 only several areas got "fixed"  .  EV / Cruma / Loa / Aden castle area

Rates are intentional and not gonna be changed.

All of the launch week issues were resolved. There are still people who complain that the drop rates are low, but there are also plenty that are thriving
