Many friends got accounts banned so many times, some of them are getting them back after day or two, others after weeks and the rest are permanetly banned and getting replies like "Our system detected a known third party program used to automate gameplay and/or gain an unfair advantage in association with this account. Please be advised that the use of third party programs with our games is a violation of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct: http://us.ncsoft.com/en/legal/user-agreements/. " From the mighty "copy paste" support ! Spending a lot $ for NCoins my self, Spening huge amounts of time grinding and farming, and then ... u just get "account lock" for no reason We might think thats great ! they ban so many "cheaters" but the truth is not shiny. We were playing for 5 months with friends. 20+ stories were told, at the beggining u might think they just tried some kind of soft and now they regret and trying to get unlocked, but after 20+ bans, including players that are online and active with you everyday for over 8hours, speaking with them on Team speak and everything 100% proved. Active, normal players who respect real grind and pvp.... and then .... one of them get banned how ?! for what ?! NC Soft support keep sayin that u are cheater and that decision is final. Okay ! they have made mistake u thinkin, u will get unbanned soon - u thinkin. But NOT ! they wont unban 9/10 ppl that were told "final decision". 1/10 will get that unban after week or two with "last chance" on his account. Makes a lot sense ! right ? A lot of You just left after seeing this ridiculous, pathetic support in here. The rest of us loves this game so much, we cant give up even after bans on main acc. And what ?! are we going to buy new vip4 / gear and plvl after every random ban ? or just grinding over and over again the same sht ? There must be something we can do. I Know there are a lot players that got banned for nothing. Meanwhile ... Bots are totally fine, some of clannies reported (with tickets, more than one) some Bot parties, 6-9 players just running on bot 24/7. 3months ago this happened, they were in cruma on that time. 3months later we meet same bot party in B grades already inside LOA with 65+ lvls. 21421413251 Bot summoners running on same script, whole server running on same script. You can see them in all low locations on script doing exactly the same pattern, paths and order. Everyone knows about it, they just let them do this. They are using cheap or untested scripts that they call "protection" - ban random ppl for hell knows what. After 20+ cases we still cannot find which program or way of doing things in game is causing these random bans. 4months since 1st ban for nothing. Pay to Win make no difference if they ban whole server and only Bot on Adrenaline stay. Ofc playing on Adrenaline is the safest way characters 70+ farmed on Bot 24/7 are the best proof.
