Soultar Posted March 7, 2019 Share Posted March 7, 2019 Hey folks, So I've tried to submit a support ticket and it keeps looping me back to my account info, I understand that with server transfers closed just recently that maybe effecting it but how the hell do you get a hold of them via support to request a ticket for a paid service if there support systems bugged. Since your the first to answer any question here on the forum since over a week, im just curious if you could tell me / us why we get no info or answers from the community managers to those endless topics ?
