L2 Team Hime Posted April 3, 2019 L2 Team Share Posted April 3, 2019 Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 4 a.m. PDT / 6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1300 GMT+1 will be unavailable for approximately 9 hours. With this maintenance: EXTENDED database maintenance, migration, and application restarts will be performed. NCoin purchases will be unavailable during this time. The Attendance Checklist event will continue to run for the next 2 weeks. Heine Fishing Expedition Returns will continue to run for the next 2 weeks. Resolved an issue with Prestige Pack subscriptions. If you have any questions about the changes taking place during this maintenance, please feel free to post them on the forums. HiccUps Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 "....approximately 9 hours...".......nothing new...nothing added....nothing taken away & 9 hours......seems to make one wonder about the customers who paid real $ for L2 items that apparently didn't work as advertised......didn't stack and goodness knows what else.....& what was done to compensate the buyers of each pack for the number of packs they purchased to date.......oh ya, a broadbrush buff for the server ...sry I forgot...... Argus Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 Me and many others just hope, you will be able to resolve some of the problems occurring already for many many months. SS lag, huge random lag spikes - where you are lagged for 10-12-15 min and in 99% of the cases you need to restart the client. IntoFlameX Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 First time I see a game with no patch notes or a review when they do changes/updates, keeping us in dark at all times with just a post every week that says "database maintenance, migration, and application restarts will be performed." like, Ok.... 9hours? if we remove the 3 lines about ncoin/attendance and fishing event we only have a line that says "Resolved an issue with Prestige Pack subscriptions." So unless you guys are up to some really big changes or you are updating to Fafurion and you keeping it a surprise. I don't see why a "database maintenance, migration, and application restarts" can take up to 9hours, even 3/4h on any other week that most of the time there is an other couple of hours on top of that. We don't ask for a specific report to the very last change to be given to us just give us something more except the 3 line post every week and a have a great week on twitter.
