1.How hard is it really to reply?

2.How hard is it for you to test baits at each stage of progression and see if it is as advertised?

3.How hard is it to publically state the findings?

If:

a. It is as advertised, then say it and the issue is put to bed

b. If it's not, then take the lost percentage PER PACK @ 2 HRS (i.e. given that is the time you receive via passes) and supply the buyer of each and every pack additional bait at a multiple of packs they purchased from your store.

Instead of providing answers & remedies, why would you choose to treat your paying customers in this manner?

Resolved an issue with Prestige Pack subscriptions.

I cant receive prestige pack (Due to system error) it says

i m going to get an extension or what?

so 9 h maintenance to resolve an issue with prestige pack with the result of the prestige pack not working??

in adition email verification all messed and forums not working for some time......

 

and this is happening on the most expensive version of Lineage........

9h (failed to commit to time) 12h of maintenance and:

  • Prestige pack issues
  • Forum issues
  • Verification issues
  • AAAAND lags every 10 mins instead of previous 30 mins
  • maybe something else that i haven't notice

Are we getting any compensation (Please don't call Angel cat a compensation) to people who was waiting whole day to log to the game while you were (What exactly you were doing by the way?) breaking the game? For people who were unable to receive attendance rewards and some of them cannot receive them until now? 

We can understand long maintenance when you are working on upcoming updates, we don't mind even if that update is for classic server, but you keep everything secret and we can't understand why we were disconnected for 12 hours and why everything got worse after the maintenance. This is what we want compensation for.

Even Nevit's Herald, that was supposed to be standing more than usual, was overstand with one after the dragon death....

the best reward after so many hours is fafurion update or something equal..not angel cat pliz because in the end we will start to make meow :)

Today morning the lag is even worse, it seems something went terribly wrong last maintenance! Many people are experiencing random disconnects!

After investigating, what do you think is the reason, you need to update your hardware, software, use different servers?

Please let us know what is going on?

5-6 days after the extended (fail) maintanance and still no answer. Every 10-15 minutes the game gets "frozen". Insane lag and now plus bonus disconnect free for all. If we send a ticket to your team, they will just copy paste the usual answer that its our fault with server connectivity etc etc (the fact that all people on server have the same issue, they tend to ignore it). The same answer we got for ss lag but @Juji you said your team investigate it so the answer your team provides is? So we re gonna have at least an answer soon?

They added lag to add another level of challenge to our servers. Because having less adena drop, less item drop, higher exp curve and more L2Store exclusive is just not enough yet!
