The fastest way to resolve this is by restarting your computer.

Aside from that, you could simply disable GG - that is allowed for some time now, like back in Valiance/DS.

I am just sharing what people who hate GG with a passion have reported to me. "Allowed" means that you can actually login past the character selection screen with GG disabled (exact wording of what I was told), not that it was officially endorsed. Obviously, official NC could simply remove it from client instead.

As a matter of fact, it would be high time to remove GG, it just slows down L2 and does nothing else of value. I know this discussion keeps being brought up but nothing ends up being done, but really. It's almost 2018. Time to take out the trash.

Especially since the input obfuscation (anti-keylogger measures) provided by GG is useless as we login via a separate launcher application. Seriously.
