Serial Code used and items from Dim Merchant CAN'T be claimed

I got a serial code on the account management page and I saw in-game that I received items via the Dimensional Merchant, but when I tried to claim the items, the following message appears: "The shared dimensional item has not been found." Screenshot below

Try talking to the Dimensional Merchant NPC in town to retrieve them.
