keeenobservations Posted May 30, 2019 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Whats going on??? Been trying to figure out why I'm not getting a festival to pop up for 30 minutes, ever since noon. Yesterday I saw a festival window when there was one going on. But today at the specified time when there should be one going 12pm-3pm I am not seeing a window.
