Tarti Quest keeps looping

As the title says, " Tarti quest keeps looping".  I'm level 80 & and doing the Seismic Shift Among The Turek Orcs sub quest "Pursue the Ketra Orcs" but when I get to 50 killed & return to Tarti back in Gludio, I turn in the quest & it's given over again, and again, and again.

If its' your main class, is a bug.

If it's your 1st sub, can become a dualclass, you need to do quest to Hadel in Ruins of sagira 1, and you can level up more then 80.

If is a 2nd ot 3th sub, it's done at level 80.

Of course Tarti will give you the quest if you are lvl 80, the quest level range is (76~85).

OK thanks I'll look into trying one more time before giving up on sub/dual class.

Seems to be a bug, I switched to another subclass & was able to do the dual class quest. Now I have a dual class I don't want lol.

-10 for the management. Hire some Devs,... or Dev.  Too many problems & 1 person to fix them all maybe ?????

Devs might be bad sometimes at somethings but players are worst when they dont know what to do  and accuse everyone except their pure knowledge.
Like  the past years  all subs  can be xp until 80lvl and 100%.
When u need to do a dual class u have to make a quest that release the 80 lvl limit.
L2wiki.com has all quests , 

i Ve made to more than 20 chars those quests after fafur updt , no bug at all .
