Gear drop

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to this server.

As far as I know, on Classic you can drop gear if killed by mobs (even if white). Is this also valid here? or do you only drop gear if you're red?

2 days ago, I killed in Cruma with lv38 +lv36 +lv34 chars, some of the mobs were light red for the highest, and deep-red for the lowest char, I got 1 karmian boots.

I think you didn't ask the question clearly enough. It wasn't about red mobs.

So if you have an avatar, without any PK points (white), can you drop your gear if killed by mobs?

No you cannot drop items if killed by a mob

You are right, I misunderstood, sorry.

I died like 10 times without karma, never lost anything.

no reason killing red mobs, characters got dmg penalty on yellow/red mobs and farming less effective. more effective hunt white/green mobs

but yes red mobs drop stuff with same rates as white, penaltyes for drops applyed when mobs turn blue and increased with lvl diff and when mob turn deep blue exp/drop = zero
