In Short: The learn tab offers you tank skills of level 2, instead of lvl 1... you need those lvl 1 skills first, and since you dont have lvl 1 skills learned, you got dc everytime when you try to learn those lvl 2 skills. But when all skills changed I never was offered Skill " Novice Summon Blood Panther LV 1" It just jumped to Skill LV 2 ! So, how or where to get Skill LV 1 to reach LV 2 finally ? Any idea?
