There are 2 different types of SSR/BSSR Recipes... Common Craft and Dwarven Craft, a Private Workshop can only register 1 type of Recipe... so if they have Weapons/Armor/Mat Recipes at the same time as SSR/BSSR then they are the Dwarven versions of those Recipes.
