how the PvP Attack Damage +20% of Elmoreden Cloak affect to summons?

or the same question for the other attributes

Its not working for summons...its working only for summoner it self.

The active proc skills like Elmore's Wrath go work on summons though.

Buff is the only thing that works  on cloaks. Mainly elmore.

Pvp/pve passives DO NOT work.(only from bloody / dark weap)( follow @Pleistoros

Attributes transfer 100%.

From cloak augs only patk/ crit dmg works through USS.

I know my eng is not great...but did I miss the question? Its not about PvP Attack Damage +20% of Elmoreden Cloak ?
